Welcome to the Aaafareshop website. This platform is designed to assist users in gathering travel information, checking availability, making reservations, and transacting with travel suppliers. Use of the site is governed by the following Terms & Conditions. By accessing the site, you agree to these terms for all travel bookings and flight reservations. We may modify these terms without notice, and your continued use implies acceptance of changes. Please review periodically for updates. All statements in these terms apply to Aaafareshop and its affiliates.

Aaafareshop Price Match Promise
At Aaafareshop, we understand the importance of getting the best value for your travel bookings. Our Price Match Promise (PMP) is designed to ensure that you always receive the most competitive prices. Here are some key questions and answers to guide you through our commitment to providing you with the best deals:
1. What constitutes "the same itinerary"?
The term "same itinerary" connotes precise alignment in all facets of the booking, encompassing but not limited to airline(s), flight number(s), itinerary, date(s), number of customers, and seat type.
2. Definition of "offered and available for booking."
This phrase signifies the confirmation that the located itinerary, available at a reduced price, is presently active on a Major OTA Competitor’s site and accessible for general public booking at the time of contact, subject to verification by our designated customer service representatives.
3. Identification of "Major OTA Competitors."
For the explicit purposes of our Price Match Promise (PMP), Major OTA Competitors are ascribed to the U.S. English-language websites of Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline.com, and Travelocity.com.
4. Notification process for invoking the PMP.
Contact Us: Initiate the process by sending an email to our customer service team.
Provide Key Details: Share your Aaafareshop booking number. Specify the lower-priced deal details, including airline, flight, itinerary, travel dates, passenger count, and seat preferences.
Back it Up: Attach proof such as the exact web link or screenshots for verification.
Get the Green Light: Once details are verified, you decide the next steps: Stick with the original plan and get a refund for the price difference. Opt for a full refund by canceling the booking.
5. Exceptions to the PMP.
Simply put, the Price Match Promise (PMP) does not cover special deals like those from membership programs, corporate discounts, group rates, or special rewards and incentive programs. It also does not apply to fares you can only get with a specific coupon or promotion not available to everyone. Military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, vacation package, or "Web Only" fares are not part of this promise. Additionally, the PMP does not include tickets where you can't see the airline details until after you buy (opaque tickets), or those obtained through a bidding or auction process. And just so we are clear, any mistakes in fare prices are not covered by this policy.
At Aaafareshop, our commitment to transparency and equitability remains steadfast. The Price Match Promise is proffered with meticulous adherence to these stipulated terms and conditions, ensuring a judicious and principled commitment to our clientele.
